Unlimited mileage. Leases typically have an annual mileage cap of between 12,000 and 15,000 miles annually. If you exceed your car's annual mileage total there can be a significant additional cost at the end of the lease.

Lower monthly payments. Lease payments are typically lower than finance payments for the same car, because the lease covers only the use of the vehicle and expected depreciation that occurs while you're leasing it. Minimal maintenance and repair expense. Manufacturer leases typically cover most if not all regularly scheduled maintenance during the term of the lease, as well as all repairs covered under the new car warranty.

Ability to regularly drive new models. As mentioned above, you can often lease a new car for just 36 months, allowing you to turn over your car for a new model more as frequently as every three years.
